32" middle waist

40" + plus more room for expansion across the lower abdomen

Condition is fair to good. There are rust stains throughout from the steel boning. A couple of small tears. Some of the boning is poking out from the channels. 

Overall everything is intact and this is a wonderful study or display piece. It is likely not suitable for wearing.
