We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Software or digital goods

  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., batteries, food items, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your specific item qualifies for a return.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with the proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
