Condition overall is good with some flaws to note (as shown in the photos):

• Missing a couple of hooks and eyes on the back, one at the waist and two up top
• Several faint stains and fading throughout, has not been soaked
• A few small holes
• A small mend at the waistband
• Loose threads/raw edge below waistband

Overall strong enough to wear with care, fabric is not rotting.
