Adorable blue gym romper by Perfectex circa 1920s-1930s. The Met Collection features a very similar one by this same maker from 1926.
Button closures on one shoulder and on the side. One pocket. Wide, bloomer style shorts.
Belt is not original and is from a later date.

Good condition, very wearable. The elastic in the legs has lost most of its stretchiness. A few very small worn places in the fabric. Belt has some wear.
